What does this mean for you? If you believe that Jesus is your savior and you have asked the Holy Spirit into your heart, God has a spot in heaven with YOUR name on it. NO ONE can take that away from you. EVER!

| As you can see by the date on the last post, during summer, I didn't really have a ton of time for Xanga and I'm afraid that when school starts this year, things will be no less hectic. I'm going to go ahead and leave this site up though, for people to read old posts but I won't probably put up any new posts. Stay Strong in the Lord!

Just Do It
James 5:17
"Anyone, then, who knows the good he ought to do and doesn't do it, sins."
This verse describes every single Christian in the world. You, me, parents, pastors, teachers, everyone that knows God's love. We know the way and the truth and the life and we know we should share His love, but most days, we choose not to. It's easy to say you want to do what you know God wants you to do but actually doing it is really difficult sometimes.
"If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it."
Life Application: Listen to what God is asking you to do, pray for His help and just do it.

On Fire?
Are you on fire for Christ? So many people say they are Christians but are they really walking the walk? And if they are, are doing it out of love for God? Or do they have selfish reasons? What about you? Do you go to church because your parents make you or because you want to know God and worship Him? Do you read your Bible because you think you have to or because you want to learn God's Will?

Life Application: Be excited to know the Savior of the Universe and do things out of love for Him!

The Trinity
The Trinity has three persons. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. The Father is our Creator, the Son is our Savior and the Holy Spirit is our Sustainer. All three persons are God but they are all different and in our spiritual walks we need them all. We needed the Father to create us and we need to thank Him daily for the blessings He's given us. We need the Son to save us and we need Him to be our Friend. We need the Spirit to sustain us and to guide us everyday.
I got a comment and I liked the way it put it: God above us, God with us, God in us.
Life Application: Recognize the different persons of the Trinity and use all their specialities in your spiritual walk!
Awakening Report: The Awakening was awesome! My talk went really well and I think the Sleepers (participants) got a lot out of the weekend. Thanks to those that prayed!
